I really like this picture not only because of how captivating the textures are and the depth of color that comes with it, but also because I do the exact same thing as the woman in the picture--if I sit on a wall, or on a windowsill that's big enough, I will stretch across, and push one shoe back and forth across the ledge. (In other words, I feel like I can relate to this piece.)
This is wonderful! The fact that she only has one shoe on is also brilliant, it hints that there is a story behind it, more than she's just sitting in a window sill, it makes me wonder why, what happened. Brilliant!
Oh wow! I love the texture! For a minute I thought it was a photograph. The shading on her skin is just THAT awesome! Don't think I don't notice the shading on her feet too! Jeez, your attention to detail here is just amazing!!!
